You join by signing up through the referral portal operated for reform by FirstPromoter and accepting these terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter contracts. reform may accept or reject any application without giving reasons.
A referral counts when a person opens your referral link, applies the referral in reform, and then creates a new paid main organization within the attribution window shown on the referral program page, counted from when they applied it. Once applied, a referral cannot be changed or replaced by another referrer’s link. Existing reform users can be referred for a new paid main organization.
For each referred organization, you earn the commission rate shown on the referral program page when that organization’s paid subscription starts. It applies to each invoice that organization pays, after discounts and excluding VAT and other taxes. Payment processing fees are not deducted. The rate stays fixed for that organization.
Commission accrues while the referred organization’s subscription stays active, including a final period already paid. Actual cancellation ends it permanently. If the organization subscribes again later, no commission is earned on the new subscription.
Refunds and chargebacks reduce or cancel the related commission, up to the amount earned on that invoice. Commission on fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise prohibited referrals is void and may be recovered if already paid.
You must not refer yourself or organizations you control, including through other mailboxes or aliases; send spam or unsolicited messages; make false or misleading claims about reform, its prices, or its features; bid on reform brand terms or their variations in paid search or social ads; publish your link on coupon, deal, or cashback sites; use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or hidden links; or present yourself as reform or as acting on its behalf.
Whenever you recommend reform, you must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission, as required by the consumer protection and advertising rules where your audience is located.
Commissions are paid through FirstPromoter. Payout methods, schedule, holding period, and minimum payout amount are shown in the referral portal and may change with notice. You are responsible for keeping your payout details accurate.
You are responsible for your own taxes and social contributions. You must provide valid tax and invoicing details on request, and reform may hold payouts until you do. Where you act as a business in the EU, the reverse-charge mechanism may apply.
reform may change the commission rate, the referral reward, or these terms, or close the program to new referrals, with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Changes apply only to organizations whose paid subscription starts after the change takes effect. Commissions on organizations already attributed continue under the terms in force when they were attributed. After closure, a person who already applied your referral can still count as your referral for their first new paid organization within the attribution window.
You may leave the program at any time. reform may stop accepting new referrals from you; referrals you already made then keep earning. If you breach these terms, act fraudulently, or harm reform, reform may block or remove you: no further commission accrues, and commission linked to the breach is void.
The reward for customers who apply a referral is described in the Subscription and Service Terms.
