Each paid main organization is an independent contract. Checkout requires the purchaser to classify the purchase as business/professional or consumer and records the accepted terms, order, locale, signer, and authority evidence.
The selected plan, billing interval, features, seats, storage, and add-ons are shown in the final order. Customers remain responsible for lawful configuration, form notices, users, scripts, integrations, and submitted content.
Stripe Managed Payments and Link provide checkout, payment, tax, fraud, receipts, and refund functions and may act in independent legal roles. The final checkout price, tax presentation, currency, and recurring cadence control.
Any discount is shown in the order summary before payment. The accepted order records which discounts apply and at what rate.
Paid subscriptions renew for the selected monthly or annual interval until cancelled. Ordinary cancellation stops renewal at period end; the billing interface states the effective date and access consequences.
An eligible consumer may withdraw from each organization contract within 14 calendar days after that contract is confirmed. An express request for immediate activation does not waive the launch-policy right to a full refund. A valid withdrawal cancels immediately and refunds every successful payment for that subscription from contract formation through withdrawal.
Customers control form content and respondent data. The Privacy Notice covers Reform account and operational data; the accepted DPA controls processing performed for customers and prevails for that processing.
The Acceptable Use and Restricted Data Policy applies. Reform may proportionately suspend unlawful, harmful, insecure, materially breaching, or unpaid use, with notice where reasonably possible.
Only expressly purchased service levels apply. On termination, access and data are handled under the Retention and Deletion Summary, export capabilities, and mandatory retention duties.
Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury, mandatory data-protection liability, and consumer rights.
Spanish law governs. Valencia is the exclusive B2B venue only where enforceable. Consumers retain mandatory habitual-residence protections and competent courts. Material changes require a new acceptance; the immutable accepted version and order remain evidence of the contract.
