Intellectual property

The service, software, brand, and provider content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Customers retain their rights in customer content.

Acceptable use

Use must comply with the Product Terms, the Subscription and Service Terms, and the Acceptable Use and Restricted Data Policy.

Governing law and courts

Spanish law governs. For B2B disputes, the courts of Valencia, ES are the agreed exclusive venue only where enforceable. Consumers retain mandatory habitual-residence law and every court competent under mandatory law.

Electronic communications

Contractual and legal notices may be delivered electronically to the account email or the published provider aliases, subject to mandatory law.
