You may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after the relevant organization contract is confirmed. Each paid organization has its own period; Reform account registration does not start it.
Use the authenticated action in Organization → Billing or send an unequivocal statement to legal@paqu.io before the deadline. Include the organization and order or receipt information needed to identify the contract.
Checkout asks separately for an express request to activate immediately. That request does not waive the launch-policy withdrawal right.
A valid in-period withdrawal cancels that organization subscription immediately. Reform refunds every successful payment for that subscription between contract confirmation and withdrawal, including paid prorations or upgrades, using the original payment route where supported. It does not delete the Reform account or affect another organization.
Refunds are submitted without undue delay. Some payment methods remain pending or require action. The billing page shows progress; if automated cancellation or refund fails, legal@paqu.io completes or verifies the case manually.
