Trust
Cookie Policy
reform uses cookies and similar browser storage for necessary product behavior plus optional analytics, diagnostics, and marketing.

Necessary storage

Always on. Necessary storage keeps you signed in, remembers your consent choices, protects the service, and supports core product behavior.

Referral reward. When you choose Apply on a colleague’s referral link, reform stores a first-party cookie on .reformapp.io for up to 90 days so the reward still applies when you sign up or subscribe. It stores only a provider name, the referral token, and when you applied it. Nothing is stored if you do not apply the referral.

Analytics

Browser PostHog analytics stays off until you enable the analytics category.

Autocapture, default pageview capture, pageleave capture, session replay, and cookieless analytics on reject are disabled in the browser setup used by reform.

Diagnostics

Browser Sentry diagnostics stays off until you enable the diagnostics category.

Replay is disabled. Tracing is initialized only after diagnostics consent is granted.

Marketing

Referral link tracking with FirstPromoter stays off until you enable the marketing category. After consent, FirstPromoter’s script records visits from referral links in its own cookies.

Rejecting marketing does not affect a referral reward you applied yourself.

Server-side operations

Some service-side logging, monitoring, or feature-flag evaluation may still occur to operate reform securely and reliably. These server-side operations do not rely on browser cookies or similar browser storage.

Managing choices

You can update your choices from the cookie preferences controls on public auth screens and in authenticated settings.
